Shyanne PHello. Quiet place, quickly issued 26 fit trucks, but the employees are a different story, they are wonderful. There is enough space for a semai truck, just ask about it. Also there is a girl with a very beautiful smile. I definitely recommend this place to everyone and the employees should be given big bonuses:)

Charles HThe reservation I made was cancelled due to the 15' truck not being there so I had to find a 20' truck and when we went to full the fuel up to the original level the gage was broken so we filled the tank more than we needed to and were told that was our problem and we wouldn't be reimbursed for the extra fuel we added.

Samuel KThe person who checked out the truck to me asked if I could have it back in 24 hours. I did exactly that. Then, no one was there to accept the check in. After spending almost 30 minutes on the phone with U-Haul, I followed their directions. I was told not to use the mobile check-in procedure and to lock the key inside the truck. When I phoned the manager of the checkout location the next day, she scolded me for doing what U-Haul told me to do to check in the truck. Also, in a follow up phone call, I was told by U-Haul that the checkout location would be told to contact me to see about getting a refund for the second day I did not use the truck. NO ONE has contacted me and it has been three days. Too bad.....I have used U-Haul for years with no problems. However, I will never do business with this pickup location again. They don’t even have a drop box! Even one of the U-Haul reps I was on the phone with during the 30- minute call said ...”There has to be!” ...when I advised her there was not. I walked around the checkout location. There is no drop box!!! She (the U-Haul rep) acted like I was lying to her.

Alfred MThe trailer looked good and was clean but we never opened the door all the way open . So when we got to our destination and opened the door all the way up and loaded it it would not close. We worked on it for about half hour in 90 degree weather . Finley we unloaded it and reloaded bought some tie down web-straps made a make shift cargo net

THOMAS PThe would be the first to admit that because someone was gone for 3 weeks they didn't know how to check me out. They never did a walk around before we left and we didn't find out that we should have gotten one until our destination. I did the pre-checkin and it still took me almost an hour to register.
