Jay BWhen arriving the person who greeted me just grunted. I waited for a word to come out of his mouth and he said”what do you want”. I said to pick up a U-Haul and he walked away. Then he turned and motioned me to follow. He took me to the U-Haul guy and the U-Haul guy was great. The initial greeter reminded me of something out of the movie “deliverance”. A weird place for sure, that’s why the average rating. I would rate the U-Haul guy excellent, as he took care of hitch and explained everything to me. He got me the furniture blankets and was very kind. The initial greeter, not so much.

Robert JThis is an excellent location and needs no improvements. In fact, other Uhaul locations need to take lessons from this location and become better. Far too many locations are rife with incompetence, rude employees and poor attitudes.
ROSS TTake a minute to receive the rented vehicle, rather than just saying 'leave it over there' and continuing with what they were doing.
Mike UVerify tire pressure. Of the four tires on this trailer, 3 were 70 psi (perfect), one was 30 psi. this made the loaded rig slightly unstable until I found an available compressor and added air to the low tire. To be fair, I should have verified the tire pressure myself before accepting the equipment.

Kerry SMy biggest issues did not have to deal with either specific U-Haul Location but with the whole process. My online reservation didn’t let me select a drop off Location or give me any information about how that process would work. I contacted U-Haul Immediately after making the reservation and they told me someone will be calling me to schedule the drop off location. Several days later about a day or two before I was supposed to pick up I called again since I had still not heard from anyone. This time I was told they would contact me shortly after I picked up the truck. After I picked up the truck and waited a little while I was still not contacted I contacted Uhaul again. They helped me schedule a drop off location after this being the third time I had contacted them. I was told that my drop off location was not open when I was supposed to return my truck and that they had adjusted it in the computer so that I could return it when the location opened without any problems. We showed up at the drop off location right After they opened. When we went through the process of returning it we were charged for another day and insurance. We explain the whole situation to the guy who said he could not change anything and I would have to contact you all yet another time. After 30+ minutes on the phone I was given a refund. Everything was so unclear and the extra charge and having to contact uhaul again in the middle of trying to move was such a hassle that I did not need. I was extremely disappointed.

Matthew BI was super disappointed being charged two days. When I only had the trailer for 28 hours. So I was charged for a full day when I had the trailer just four extra hours.

Ricardo VGuy running the place was a rude sexist jerk. Dealing with him made an already bad day horribly worse. I was in tears when we left. Would have walked out without renting but it was the only place within 100 miles that had the equipment we needed. Equipment was fine but I'll never ever go back. I feel bad for any woman who is forced to endure that treatment but it's the only rental place in the area.

RAQUEL HU-Hauls computer program is one of the most painful and time consuming operations I have ever encountered. Totally frustrating to customers and employees. Fix it.

Robert BThey were upset that I arrived at 535 when my pick up was scheduled for 545. They had already hooked up my trailer to another car and was giving it to that person. They had to take it off her car then put it on mine. The location was extremely dirty.

STUART SBrian was the U-Haul representative. He was extremely rude and disrespectful on the phone. When I got to location I waited 20 minutes for him to treat me cruel, disrespectfully and completely made me feel horrible about asking for U-Haul services. He started yelling at his printer using foul language. I would recommend this location for U-Haul services.
Jessica MBe friendlier. At this location above, maybe the young man had a bad night, which carried over to the early morning. I rent a lot of hauls, so i know what it should be like.
Denise LThe biggest problems that I have were that 1) I was allowed to make a reservation online for pickup on a day that this location was not open and there was no way of knowing that. There needs to be a way when making a reservation to know when locations are open and when they are not. I do greatly appreciate that the owner at this location did come in after we were able to finally reach him and got the truck for us. Rightfully so he was upset and I don't blame him because there should be a better system so that people are not unknowingly making reservations when my location is not open. The owner did say that he does not do well with online reservations and that he doesn't always see them and did not see ours. Maybe this is a location that should not allow online reservations or have some sort of other system so that these problems do not occur again. It was definitely frustrating to show up to pick up the truck and have the location unopened. Then we had to spend 15 or 20 minutes trying to get ahold of somebody which we finally did and then of course had to still wait for them to come and get the truck ready and do all of that. It is also very uncomfortable when the person you are dealing with is upset and you feel guilty for being a problem. Something should be fixed so that other people do not have to go through what my husband and I did.
