When asked if I was going to get any kind of refund for dropping it off at a different location or because of my tire trouble was told that I was probably going to get charged an extra day because I was late dropping it off horrible experience

Steven NMilentz was nothing but professional; my frustration was I reserved a truck in Dayton at 308 N Winfree for 9:00 am. On arrival, I was told that she could not find my reservation. The owner said He did see the reservation but the clerk said she could not rent the truck onsite. She gave me a number to call that found a smaller truck in Liberty at Milentz. (The smaller truck was a blessing in hindsight), My only comment is if we reserve at a location, We should be accommodated or credited for the mileage that is out of our way. Thank You for your time.

Donna RDo more frequent maintenance checks on the trucks. The truck that I rented was in bad shape. The truck had a bad vibration in the steering and I had to pull over several times due to the engine over heating. Very unsafe.

robert wWe got to livery Texas at around 11:00 am called the drop off center and no one answered called u hauls number. And they wanted us to drop off the car dolly about 50 miles away from liberty Texas they finally call me and said that I could drop it off in liberty and just leave it at the yard with all the rest and to take pictures

JOHN SI always use the app to check out/in my truck....always seem to be issues....always have to log in 2 times. Also I rent a minimum of 2 times per month.....you would think that my secondary # & person to verify, which is the same every time, would stand for every rental unless I change it.....not the case....sometime you call them & other times you do not....particularly annoying when it holds me up when renting a truck early mornings when most people are still sleeping.....also with smart phones these days an unknown number doesn’t even register on most phones....a message was left for one of my references to call back & when she did as directed was left on hold for OVER 30 minutes until she proceeded to hang up. Can’t you come up with a system for frequent renters & have their contacts on file & verified.....this would be a huge hep!!
