KARA MThe lady who helped us at this location was amazing. The process of loading a picture of my driver's license from my phone would not work. the page would not let me advance to the next step. She found a way to use her device to load a picture. She was very friendly and made sure we were good to go.
SCOTT SThis facility was fine. The whole rental process was terrible. I rent from one place, then have to go to another local to pick up. Then told I can return to any local, but get a call stating a local to drop it off. The local was a residential house. No one there. Second local was fine. I would be hesitant to rent again. Equipment fine, but customer service lousy.

BRYAN DI returned my rental late. According to my contract it should have been 15 a day I was charged $55 a day. I was very disappointed. The truck I rented was wonderful. The hidden fees made me feel like I was dealing with a phone provider.
SHARON UThe lady at the store was very short and unfriendly. Not rude, but I felt like I was bothering her. Also, I ordered an appliance dolly but it wasn't there. She took it off the bill but it made my move much more difficult. I don't understand why Uhaul couldn't have notified me that it wouldn't be available. Lord knows I was notified and called about everything else.

Jacques NThe way you have to rent via the Web is very cumbersome for old folks like us. Should be able to rent from the local dealer without the centralized computer crap !

Steven NMilentz was nothing but professional; my frustration was I reserved a truck in Dayton at 308 N Winfree for 9:00 am. On arrival, I was told that she could not find my reservation. The owner said He did see the reservation but the clerk said she could not rent the truck onsite. She gave me a number to call that found a smaller truck in Liberty at Milentz. (The smaller truck was a blessing in hindsight), My only comment is if we reserve at a location, We should be accommodated or credited for the mileage that is out of our way. Thank You for your time.

Donna RDo more frequent maintenance checks on the trucks. The truck that I rented was in bad shape. The truck had a bad vibration in the steering and I had to pull over several times due to the engine over heating. Very unsafe.
