The truck was dirty and had the back door wide open, you double charged my credit card for storage repeatedly that month, then you told me I owed $24 for mileage and took out $54 from my account.

the trash bag on the passenger handle still had the previous renters trash in it... Under the times we are going through made me wonder how well the truck was disinfected. Other than that all was very good and all went well.

Woman at counter (seemed like the shop's owner) wasn't able to figure out how to select my desired drop-off location on the website. She picked one over 50 miles away. She also didn't wear a face mask. I then tried for three days to get through the 800 number and wasn't able to reach anyone after a total of over an hour on hold.

The equipment showed signs of wear and tear, and the trunk hatch was exceptionally difficult to operate due to excessive friction. I did appreciate the car communicating via audible voice reminding the driver to release the parking break before proceeding.

The only negative was that in each interaction , I'd mentioned that I was driving to NY, so it had to be clear to them that that's where we were going. When I dropped off the van, the owner said, "So, you went to NY? and made a face. Everything else was positive.

That woman that greeted us as we walked in was awesome. She had a young man help me with parking and unhooking the car trailer and she walked us through the returning my truck process on my phone. Great customer service

The staff at pick up were rude and acted like I was interupting whatever they were doing. They were having system issues which isn't their fault but because they were married and had some sort of behind the scenes conflict, they couldn't resolve the issue between them without dirty looks and comments. The the truck was dirty such as the windows and previous trash in the truck from whomever and wiper blades didn't work well at all. I had rain and bad weather most of the trip and it was difficult to see.

The van was very nice and the service by Miles Motorsports was fine. So I won't give a bad rating for them. . My only complaint is with your web portal. Two glitches occurred: First, it is not possible to take a picture of the van dash showing mileage and the fuel gauge when the warning is showing that an oil change is needed soon. By the time the fuel gauge rises, the mileage has disappeared behind a dashboard message alerting that the oil change is needed soon. Second, the website gives an unsecured connection error message to the Google Chrome browser when you try to upload an image which prevents you from uploading anything or interacting with it further, leaving you to call customer service. There was a long wait on hold. Fair enough. But the first customer service person I spoke with foisted be off to roadside assistance to get rid of me, which was no use at all. So that sent me back to calling customer service again who told me they could not tell me what to do, so they transferred me to a local area manager who first balked but eventually told me to just take pictures of the van and drop the keys off and she would make a note of the problem. Hopefully she did. Please iron out the problems with the online 24/7 system. Thanks.

I was never notified that to return the rental after hours that you would need a smartphone to complete the return. I do not carry a phone. NOT EVERYONE CARRIES A PHONE TODAY!
