Richard P.Apparently dm didn't put in reservation correctly, got a call on second day of my rental stating I had an hour to bring it back or the cops were being called. I was told no way to extend res. Rushed to off load full truck. My wife called dm, got sorted out. Had to then re load truck. Very unhappy as I WAS paying someone to help load/ unload. Returned to miles motor sports on Saturday with 5/8 of a tank, as it stated on my paperwork. Miles m sports sent final recipe, charging an extra 25 for fuel and stating I left it with a half tank. Have picture of gas gage when I dropped it. Very unhappy with this rental.

JOHN W.I saved a truck quote online on Thursday for a Saturday local rental. On Friday, the reservation disappeared, so I went to this location. Their customer service representative, Shelly, relentlessly took on the problem. After about 30 minutes and numerous phone calls, she found a solution that worked. Thank you Shelly!
Charles D.When I picked up the vehicle I did a video walk around and took pictures of current damages, since nobody did a walk around with me. The location was great, my issue was with the return with the app. It wouldn't accept my location and when it finally did, I still wasn't able to complete the return process. It worried me that I might get charged for NOT returning the vehicle, but everything ended up fine. Other than that minor thing, good experience overall.

Keith H.Although this does not In any way reflect on the Miles Motorsports, I feel it is worth mentioning that uhaul changed my pickup location an hour before pickup. Uhaul personal also inaccurately told me that I had all day to pick up the truck. Fortunately the good folks at Miles Motorsports were able to deal with the discrepancies and went above and beyond. Overall 2/5 for uhaul, 5/5 for Miles Motorsports for not only achieving the service, but compensating for uhaul's failings.
Nicholas B.The pick up location was very nice however it was 2 hours away from CONFIRMED pick up location AND MAINE CUSTOMER SERVICe representative was extremely RUDE AND DID NOT CARE ABOUT THE INCONVENIENCE. I would NOT recommend U-haul to anyone because of this.

SUE B.Dropped off the truck before they were open, made contact with owner via cell phone where he gave me instructions. About the truck: after driving 2505 miles, i would NOT recommend this truck for an extended trip. There is very little power, especially any incline, and pulling an auto transport we averaged 5-7 mpg. The cab is very noisy with engine/transmission sound, The front end was so badly out of alignment (towed out) that the tires began to show excessive wear on the inside. I've rented UHaul trucks for four long trips, this one was the shortest, the longest was 4200 one way to Alaska, and that was the 15' with auto transport, so I have something to compare this truck to.
Robert C.My Uhaul experience was a rough start. Via my cellphone. Once entering Miles Motorsports, the kind woman there took the transaction under her wing and made it work. With some fanagaling with uhaul employees. It worked and I hope uhaul does well with Miles Motorsports! Because I know I'm going to them immediately with my next Uhaul need!

Christopher P.When I picked up the truck it had 3/4 tank of gas, NOT full. It was frozen to the ground and took us 20 minutes to get it out of the parking lot. I also noticed it had a check engine light on all the time I used it.
