They did an excellent job. It was a joy to drive a brand new truck. The only thing I would change is leaving without knowing the final cost. The U-Haul remote check-in system malfunctioned with NO HELP from U-Haul! The owner of Miles Motorsports took my call after hours and arranged to check me in himself. We brought back the gas over what we received the truck with and we were given a hard time and had to contest the charge. It was a waste of time and very silly as we clearly with photo proof gave the truck back with even slightly more gas than we received. And then when we had a flat tire the company charged us for an extra day as we delivered the truck late, a ridiculous and stressful uhaul experience. Uhaul didn't even bother to contact us and I had to contest the charge through my bank and then they just refunded the excess with no comment or contact.Craig S.

The staff was fine. Our problem was with the truck leaking rain water into the cab and the main part of the truck storage area. We drove through heavy rains for 2 days and had water dripping on us inside the cab. When we unloaded the truck at our destination, we found damp furniture pads and water that had seeped into some of our belongings.MARGARET L.

Described the overcharge for a third day; non- responsive, just gave it a shrug. In previous rentals in years past, UHaul had more of a "what do you need for your move, how can we help" attitude. You wouldn't charge for another day within reason. We're talking loading and driving 350 miles here...while and after emptying and final cleaning a house... it's a moving out process, a lot of work!steve S.
