I showed up the uhaul was covered in ice and there was no snow brush availabe. There was garbage and cigarette butts in the cup holder, and the back area smelled of garbage and it was wet and I had to clean this out before I could put anything in there. To top it off, I picked the uhaul up with less than 1/4 tank of gas, I returned it with more than 1.4 tank of gas and I got charged $30 fuel service fee. Overall I did not have a good experience, and would not rent from this location again unless improvements were made.
