Though I have rented UHaul vehicles many times in the past, this was the first time I rented one from Milford BP & this experience was the by far the best. It was a pleasure doing business with the professional, courteous, helpful & friendly rental agents. The truck was very clean & well-maintained. I would highly recommend this UHaul rental location

Inside of the cab was all sticky where someone spilled a pop and it was all over the dash and in the cup holders. Other than that everything was fine.

24/7 truck share pickup process was poorly executed. Most portions could have been completed at reservation time (mugshot, DL, contacts, oh hey you might need your passport — WTF??!) instead of in the parking lot of a gas station. Alternate contact process wasn’t clear as neither my wife nor I knew you’d be calling her so she ignored the call her iPhone marked as “possible spam.” A simple note that you would be calling would have gone a LONG way!

The only complaint I had was I was told to bring the truck back with a full tank because I was starting with a full tank. It did not have a full tank when I got it, close but not full.

Dolly lights were intermittent. They worked when I picked it up, but when driving would start and stop working. Left fender had a wire with an obvious break. when you moved the wire, lights went on and off. Could not find an obvious break, but moving the wire made the lights go on and off.

The location and pick up/return was wonderful, but dealing with uhaul in the week leading up to my reservation was really disappointing. My reservation changed so many times. 5 different trucks, 4 different locations, the last happening 30 minutes before or scheduled pickup. The folks at customer service worked hard to find me a truck each time the reservation had to change on uhaul's end, and I appreciate their professionalism. We ended up with a very small truck (10' vs the 17' originally reserved) which meant we had to make multiple trips across the city, also using 5 passenger vehicles for boxes. That was a lot of unexpected gas, mileage, and time moving in the unbearable heat. One of our earliest reservation changes was due to a truck waiting on maintenance. A truck shouldn't be waiting on maitenance on the busiest weekend of the month for your company. That's a result of poor planning. I've used Uhaul many times in the past and never had to deal with the ridiculous circus like I've had in the past week.

When I make a reservation for a Saturday morning pick up, before I travel there make sure they are open, the place I was sent to was only open on wednesday from 10 to 2, 4 hrs a week, sent me to another location 25 minutes away, had to wait 20 minutes for the man to show up and start paperwork, not worth the hassle for a $10.00 discount, does not cover my cost of diesel. 00

They claimed the trailer I rented was large enough to hold a pickup truck. It wasn’t, and when I took it back they still charged me.

I was referred to this location over the phone, but when I tried to check the uhaul reservation website for the address, the site was not responding. I only found one uhaul location nearby with a Google search, but it was the wrong one and not open at my scheduled time. While I was waiting for that location to open, the manager at the site I was scheduled for called me to check if I was coming and I was able to get there before my reservation expired. I would like to see a more responsive website, but really appreciate the manager's initiative in calling me.
