Excellent service. I made a mistake online with dates fo pickup and this location fixed it so no delay in pickup. Return was very easy also as they did everything very quickly. I recommend this site for fast and friendly service with extended hours of operation than other sites.Mark L.

Make sure the battery is in good condition. It was 90 degrees. We loaded the truck and got in anxious for air conditioning. The truck would not start. Dead battery. We called the roadside assistance number. Kept getting message go to uhaul.com/help for faster service. Sat on hold about 20 minutes until someone finally answered. Same thing happened after unloading the truck.TERESA B.

I can't believe that you guys have such little hooks on your safety chains - I've never seen such small hooks. I had to drive to Home Depot to get a turnbuckle so I could hook your chain to my hitch. Extremely frustrating and very time-consuming. I have to wonder if other rental companies present such difficultiesDENNIS B.

Trailer had no way to tie anything down. Inside was dirty. If I would have opened the trailer up I would not have taken it. Got to my destination 2 hours away and could not use it.had to call son in law to bring his truck. So two trucks and $100.00 worth of fuel later I got my job finished. This manager of the BP station was not wanting us to drop the Trailer off because he was alone at his gas station and he made us wait a long time to help us. I don't feel he is committed to assist UHaul patrons. I WILL NEVER go there AGAIN!!!Michelle H.

Person at this loation was too busy to check me in. I parked and unhooked the trailer myself. No one bothered to inspect the equipment that I returned or give me a receipt.JOHN M.

I asked the clerk where to park, they pointed to 2 rows of cars and said I could park there. They later TOWED MY CAR!! I went back and they were argumentative and told me, they didn't tell me to park where I parked. And asked why I didn't park where the other cars did??!! Essentially blaming me. I contacted uhaul the next morning and they gave me the number for the Area Manager that morning so I called him. He seemed upset that I was calling him. He said he would investigate with the shop and get back with me. He later got back to me and said it was between me and the gas station, and UHaul didn't tow my car. So when I went to try to work it out with the gas station, I got nowhere. No apology, no reimbursement, nothing. They said they called the police to try to contact the owner... I received no missed calls at all and had my phone with me all day. The operator said he talked to the area manager and he was upset that the gas station owner gave me his number, even though he didn't. I called UHaul customer service and opened a claim, and I received no call back. I called back a week later to find out that the claim had been closed by the Area Manager stating UHaul didn't have anything to do with towing my car. Here I am a week after that, still awaiting a call from someone above the Area Manager. Summary- I'm out $250 for a tow because an agent of Uhaul told me to park somewhere and then towed my car later. Opened a claim and it was closed and I was not notified. Called again and am still awaiting a reply a week later. I just want the $250 back.Daniel T.
I will ALWAYS go to this location for ALL my UHaul needs. The gentleman who owns this location went above and beyond to meet my needs. He knew where I was going and the route I was taking and he tried to get me a car hauler on my route. even though it did not work out (not getting the car hauler was not a show stopper). My pickup location was changed causing me to drive additional miles. The allowable miles were adjusted a little, but I went over by 3 miles and was charged an additional small fee at drop-off. For an additional 3 miles and uhaul changing the location, it seems they could gave waived the fee.Mary O.

We thought we were renting from Old Milford location and must have made a mistake. Employees did NOT have on masks and we thought rate was $19.95 and it turned out to be $89.95 or some such, plus other expenses. Would not recommend this location to anyone. A total disappointment.Mark E.

Reported damage to truck and it needed service, said it was ok. Called customer service two days in a row and had to be online waiting over 2 hrs??! Spoke to Linda then a Martha no record of conversation from first report on my account had to repeat myself!! Not overly happy with results, every time pushed off onto someone else and still no fixing the problem!!?? Don't expect any feed back from this either. No sure if I want to rent this weekend again..!!??Maria L.

Friendly nice helpful staff. We reserved online, but did have to call on phone with questions. In person pick up and drop off. Everything was fine and went well. Only thing is that some basic mechanic work should be done. Truck ran but something was going on with the transmission from the time we got it to when we dropped it off. We weren't sure if we were going to make it back. Tuck was clean and everything extra (dolly, pads, ect) was on the truck when we got there so it only took maybe 5 minutes at pick up and then we were on the road. Drop off was the same.
