Although the representative was kind and helpful, the equipment was given to us in disrepair. This is completely unacceptable.

David KPlace located in a hard to turn in location, no real directions once at location. Staff was not at facility during turn in hours. Hadt wait for someone to show up to turn in truck. Had truck fueled for turn in, but was charged an extra $16.50/3 gallons upon turn in. Money not the issue just the point it was fueled correctly. Would not use this location for any future Uhaul business.
Melvin FI was there for about three years and I was satisfied with the place. Laura, who was in the office, was always easy to deal with, too. She would always know who I was and what my storage room number was, even when I could not remember it. If I need extra storage space, I would not hesitate to go back.

Margaret W | Overall ExperienceThis location was incredibly sketchy and hard to find. It was randomly behind a drug mart and didn't have any signage to indicate that it was a Uhaul facility. There was no other official Uhaul vehicle there and it was basically a back alley way. Upon arriving, the truck was unlocked and the keys were just hanging out in the back of the truck. There was no official pick up or drop off for the keys at all, so we had to just leave the keys in the back of the truck where we found them. Using the truck itself was okay, but overall I would not reccomend using this location at all.
Hope SFacility IS clean and dry, however, the exorbitant increase in rent compelled me to leave. My two doors were never fixed after reporting problems.
STEPHEN V | Overall ExperienceThe part that says to place the lock by the front door! I found out later that the lock was supposed to stay with the business! This should be changed to say return to the front desk! I figured that it needed to stay with the truck, so the next U-Haul location could lock the key in the back again. So, I placed the lock by the front door of the truck in the side pocket. This was very inconvenient because I had to drive back 20 miles when I found out. They said it needed to be returned by 3 pm that day. I was heading out of town for 2 days and would have liked at least if I could've brought it back on my return trip.

Michelle FVery hard to find. No one new where to find it in the area when stopped to ask, no sign and it was dark and creepy. So glad I was not alone. The only thing that assured me that this was a u-haul drop off was the orange key return box but it is under a deck in front of garage doors and I blocked someone trying to get out. No directions on where to park u-haul truck. I was very disappointed 😔

Ryan HSpecify what size rental unit is FREE. The special was not applicable to a bigger unit. We didn't realize this.
Christopher SThey need to clean the trucks and do a walk around to check the trucks will for the customer leaves. Also when customers get "estimates from you haul they need to honor those. I was" d $1500 I was billed $1900 I am very unhappy. Dirty truck over billed poor service. I almost want to open up a competitive business and put you haul out of business or get your act together.
Cheryl HThe location was great for me. However the rental service was poor. I attempted to use Uhaul Truck Share 24/7 and the approval process took over 30 minutes and required me contacting Uhaul customer service directly. I was extremely disappointed with the delayed approval process and ultimately it delayed my move. Although I will continue to use Uhaul for future moves, but I do not plan to use this service again.
Shelby LLocation customer service was great. I would never reccomend to anyone to use the online check in/out process to people. It was very long and ultimately sent me inside. But the woman inside was super helpful!

Gene M | ReservationPrior to dropping off the U-Haul that I rented, I stopped at a local gas station and filled the gas to the line where the gas was originally at when I picked up the U-Haul . The personnel at the above location parked the U-Haul on a sloped surface and proceeded to tell me I didn’t put any fuel in the tank and that I was charged an extra 36.00 dollars because I didn’t fill the tank. Anyone with common sense knows that the fuel tank capacity gauge only reads accurately on a level surface. Mind you, the female personnel at this location was unhelpful, rude and was only worried to get outside to smoke another cigarette. I’m requesting a refund of the 36 dollars that I was negligently charged. Not only was I on hold for over a half hour to speak to customer service, the truck was beat up and I didn’t know if I was going to make it all of 34 miles that I traveled.

JEAN M | Overall ExperienceI had a reservation for a 15 foot truck and am auto transport. I did not find out they were in 2 different locations to pick up until the night before. The auto transport was scheduled for pick up an hour before the truck. We were driving in from out of town, which made pick up times not as flexible. I called customer service the night before and the scheduling managers on the day of while en route. I was told by scheduling they would work out the pick ups and would call me back. After 3 hours I never received word and I called back only to be told they had worked it out but not gotten around to informing me of the changes. Follow up would have been nice. The staff at the pick up and drop off locations were helpful and courteous.

MARY A | Overall ExperienceI always use the online check in when i pick up my truck and there were some different items requested this time and it kept putting me into a "loop" for the back of my drivers license and it was really a hassle this time to get the keys for the truck...just something i have to get used to i guess...but Cody called us from Customer Service and he was great!!

Jacqueline BI think there was only one truck to rent when we got there, and based on the small size of their hidden parking lot, I'd say they only have 1-3 trucks available to rent at that location.
Steven R.y best recommendation is don t change a reservation location. I was not prepared to go to this location, nor was I pleased to spend extra time going there. I will not be using your company in the future. Horrible customer experience by doing that.
