Upgrade the lock box lock mechanism, very clunky and worn out, hard to read and difficult to manipulate the letters to open the lock. I needed my massif glass to read the letters.

Nothing about this experience was easy. I showed up at the location with no idea how to pick up the vehicle. I called the number and a guy answered the phone of his cell and answered like he was asleep. I scheduled for 9 and didn’t get the truck until 9:30. The vehicle had less than a quarter tank of gas and the bed of the truck was dirty with cigarette butts and trash. When I tried to return the vehicle, it required location service verification but it wouldn’t work. So I just left the keys in the drop off.

No one was there to help had to call the help line and the truck was to sketchy to drive on the highway

We had to wait to pick up the truck, but the person that arrived was sincerely apologetic. He traveled several miles to get to our destination since his co-worker was ill on that date.

The store was closed during business hours while listed as open as according to global. The personnel contacted via phone attempted to refuse the equipment being delivered, then attempted to redirect the equipment being delivered, including a trailer that U-haul specifically asked the customer to bring to that location, both in direct violation of instructions from the U-Haul global team, then hung up while on the phone. The personnel on site then charged for gas despite the gauge showing the same amount of gas as the contract indicated.

we arrived at 4:15 there was no one there. this location is a small strip mall. there are cars all over. there are also tenants that live above. we found a small space to leave the trailer no blocks for the tires. if you did not have experience with a trailer you might not be able to park it.

The gentleman was not helpful at all, didn't help, told us where to put it, that was it, didn't ask if we needed a hand, nothing, so was disappointed with that.

Have someone at the location to rent the truck. Not have it take 45 minutes of frustration to pick up the van!!!!

had they gone over stuff on pick up would of been better than just handing me the keys and saying theres the truck . after i looaded the truck on trailer i had to work my way back to the rear vgate to get out at 250 thats not easy , my point - i had no idea the fender folded down , they should of went over that at pick up

The man I dealt with was great, and the rental equipment was nice and clean, but I would really consider cleaning/organizing the office that we go in to do the paper work.
