I made a reservation for a utility dolly. When I arrived the location did not have a dolly so what was the point of making the reservation. I was told I could go to another location only probelm if was 4:40 and all the other locations closed at 5:00.

The Contract couldn’t be printed, there was no walk through or inspection, the truck was filthy inside and to top it off, I was over charged a ton when they wrote down the incorrect milage. I am furious and will never rent a Uhaul again!

The representative was rude and angry. Location can use bigger uhaul signs and entrance to location needs lots of improvement. I will never visit this location again.

It was a holiday and we were late in picking the truck up. The owner happened to be there, lucky for us, and he went out of his way to help us get the truck we reserved secured. We so appreciate the service we received. Thank You

I will never rent from this location again!!! I requested to rent a truck from the Brownsburg, IN location. The employee who took care of my rental was very rude and unfriendly. He acted as if my rental was an inconvenience to his day. When I got into the truck, it was filthy dirty!!! I went into the store to let employee know about the interior of the truck. I also wanted to make sure that I was not charged for the dirty, muddy interior of the truck. The employee acted annoyed that I was telling him about the dirty truck. He slammed down his phone when I asked that he make a note that the truck was dirty before my rental. The customer service at this location was very poor!!! I will not rent a vehicle from this location again!!!

I made my reservations with U-Haul on 3/28/19 for a 20ft truck with two dollies. Reservations were made for April 20, 2019 @ 9:30am pick up. As of April 18th I received an update on my reservations and I have been upgraded not by choice to a 26ft truck. With two days away from the move there was nothing I could do but find someone willing to assist me with driving since I'm unable due to the size. I was to return the truck 2 p.m. the following day which I was able to do so however Monday the 22nd I received a call informing me that I drop the vehicle off at the wrong location. I express how the inconvenience of the truck changing search last minute made it personally difficult for myself to drive and need it to request help from others. Also my original paperwork request was to drop this truck at any location. I was told I did for a local driving and must go back to the original place I was also told I will be double charged. My original charge was $246 and I also received an additional $146 charge. With this amount of money I could have hired a professional moving company. I will never ever use you how Services again if you pull my name and account up I am a frequent user and you have truly lost customer. And this is also not the first time of last-minute truck reservations when I have things book in advance in Louisville Kentucky year of 2006 I was stuck moving my two bedroom apartment with a van.
