I arrive on time to pick up my equipment, two people sitting there working. They tell me the guy that can handle it stepped out and he'd be back so. Wait ten minutes. Another customer walks in and they process him. Wait another 10 minutes and the same people process me. Get the truck. Engine is making a funny noise. I ask if its a problem and get told "no sometimes they just do that". Next day I go to depart, made it about 10 miles and the truck begins making crazy noise and the check engine starts flashing. Waited on the side of the highway for an hour and half for a tow. Engine had two misfire and was deemed not rentable. They issue me a new truck. Had to unload the truck, and load a new one. They got movers to help me. Movers mocked the job I did, told me they would do better than me, and ended up turning what would have been a one man unload into a two man job. Significantly worse quality. Was a three day nightmare. Never again.
STEVEN CMake the app work better ; you have to tell the app you want a truck or trailer twice at the beginning The App sux ! I usually call the place ahead of time and they deal with rebtal for me ! They make it so much easier

David KI rented the U-Haul truck on January 17 at 1:00 PM. However, the drop off time was also noted by Miller’s grand events that I was to drop it off at January 17 at 1:00 PM. Because of this error, I was double charged for the rental.

MICHAEL WNot sure any improvements are necessary, this was my first time to utilize U-HAUL and I can honestly say I will be using them again and particularly at this location. The location was nearby which is always a plus , the attendant was very cordial and accommodating. My vehicle was a brand new FORD van and it performed perfectly, it was clean and ready to go.

MATTHEW BHad to wait 30 minutes past my scheduled pickup time for someone to arrive. There is no clear information on where to go or whom to see. U-haul seems to be an afterthought for this business.

CHARLES HThe app didn’t work to get return truck at location. The workers were busy doing other things and caused us to delay getting truck. It probably was because the pickup was supposed to be digital. Once we found someone that could help, they did everything they could to try to get us going.

Hayden KOrdered a furniture dolly that was absolutely needed but none available. Owner was not concerned at all, he called another place in town to see if one available, was told I could pick one there, but when I went ,there was none. Truck was hard to start, the key would not turned, just not a pleasant move.

MICHAEL RMy only complaint is that device used to connect the trailer to the ball on my car kept loosening up. I had to check and retighten this device continuously. I was concerned that it would fail at any moment causing an accident!
