We had to switch to a larger trailer the morning of our reservation and U haul was able to accommodate us without any penalty or concern. Moving is stressful enough and U haul was not . They were truly kind and helpful.

Trisha NDrop-off was fine. Office hours said 8am-8pm. I arrived around 4:30pm. No one was there and when I called their help number they informed me they were closed. Completed the return process in the App. All good.
Richard OAbsolutely nothing. The Uhaul manager who helped us was excellent. He was very professional and personable. He provided detailed information regarding the truck which we didn't even think of asking in our stress which saved us farher down the road when a big storm broke out. The site is welcoming and everything was in perfect condition. We has a great trip and felt very secure with our choice.

Evan SThere was no one in the office (I didn't call ahead, my contract indicated the day I would be there), so I had to wander to the back of the storage yard to find the personnel. His dog was also very friendly! A buzzer or notice on the office door would have been a bit more handy, but this was not a hardship!

greg sI rented a furniture dolly and a regular dolly along with my truck rental. I did the entire process online, I had originally picked a different pick up location. I was given a phone call and told my pick up location was changed to TaylorKidd and i'd be given 20 extra km. Their reasoning was the truck I had rented they didn't have any available at the Bath rd location. I was never given my furniture dolly or regular dolly, which made moving such a difficult process. Then when I dropped off my truck, I had to pay for the extra milage they told me was on the house. Horrible experience, would never recommend to anyone.
Mary POnly reason of complaint is location to where I had to drop off again out of my way to where I moved to. I have lost valuable time and money it was very inconvenient.

Marilyn lIt was fairly remote (15 miles) from the pick-up location arranged through your reservations people (Princess St Kingston). The location wasn't open, however the owner could be reached by phone and managed (having NOT been advised of the reservation by your corporate staff) to get it all arranged remotely. Kudos to him - he was great! Uhaul corporate reservation system - ZERO - do they not advise the location operator/owners of the one way reservations?!? Won't be doing that again.

Donna in Toronto was your saving grace she did an amazing job, and I am grateful to her for saving my moving plans; however, the awful customer service skills of the woman I initially dealt with set the tone for my negative experience with uhaul, which seems tk be on par with the experience of others.

I had a camper trailer stored here for the last few years, and occasionally rented an extra parking spot for storing a vehicle, or enclosed storage space during home reno projects. Never had an issue with any of my storage needs. The operator of the facility, George, was always friendly and helpful when trying to accommodate my various storage needs over the last few years. I wouldn't hesitate to store stuff here in future as the need arises.

victorian oOriginally went to Midland Avenue location. Staff there were very helpful, but did not have the trailer on site that I rented and had a reservation for. I was then directed to another location outside of the city, where there was a trailer. I have rented from UHaul numerous times in the past two years, moving my kids to university, and myself moving to a different home. Each time my trailer is not at the reserved location, and I am directed somewhere else, sometimes several places. The 'normal' timeframe is two plus hours just to get me trailer that I had reserved numerous weeks prior. This is an incredibly disorganized company, and one I no longer wish to use. It is too much of a headache and hassle just to rent a trailer, when there are many other options available.

That is never how you speak to a customer

Kevin KWe reserved our uhaul prior and I even did the pre check in by submitting my drivers licence. When we arrived at the pickup place they had no record of our reservation nor did they even have the vehicle we needed and we had to go with larger truck than wanted. This delay in having to go through all new check in caused us to be late to meet the movers, costing us an extra hours worth of their time.

brian gNothing wrong with the place, other than not exactly friendly. My issue is that I reserved a truck in Kingston (Princess st) and had to drive all the way past Enterprise to get this truck!!! Cost us $20 in gas that it shouldn't have in driving back to town and then back out again. Considering we moved 4 streets over it seems excessive. I get month end is busy but the whole thing was not handled well from start to finish. Can't imagin using U-haul again.
