The problem is that it wasn't an easy pick-up because the app sent me inside instead of telling me the code for the lock. When I went inside, the person didn't actually know what was going on. So there might have been a problem with the process. In any case, they did eventually help. Also some other person had parked at the truck spot when I returned it, which was also a little annoying. They did eventually move from there though.

The vehicle was not cleaned and snow was not removed. There was debris in the cargo area. There was noone at the pickup location when I arrived for the vehicle and received it 30 minutes past scheduled pickup. Staff at the pickup location was not properly trained on procedures.

But working with him made a good connection. When I needed to take photos of the truck my data wouldn't work so he came out with me and I used his phone as a hotspot. I find we get better results when working with each other.
