Charged me twice for the same amount. $62 dollars twice. $124 dollars for a one day truck rental??? That's fraud.

Not at all...From the start of Monday morning this young lady had the nastiest attitude her communication was horrible no good morning g from her once we spoke to her. She was just not a nice person told my husband his license was expires when he told her that's nit true she eventually realized it work she told him his card declined it was one thing after another. I just think she didn't want to deal with anyone at the time our truck was an issue very nasty not clean I took the liberty to clean this truck inside out after she said the truck was brought on nasty she gave ot to us like what in the world ...point blank it was the worst trip we made to the uhail location plus on top of that we had to go out our way for the trailer this was the worst rental stage with uhaul
MONICE VYour booking service is terrible. I booked online. I always have to give all of the same information and go through the same process when I go to pick up the vehicle. I tried using the app and it doesn't function well. I booked friday afternoon. I KNOW IT SAID I WOULD BE CALLED. I didn't receive an email, text or phone call. I went to pick up the truck at 9 am as scheduled AS I WAS NOT CALLED, TEXTED, OR EMAILED. I was told there wasnt a truck available. When I questioned it, the person at the St Claude was ruder than usual (she's ALWAYS rude and in a bad mood). I questioned it and she just read me back the box that I checked about being called. She sent me to the location at Chef Mentaur. They laughed at me and told me I didn't have a unit booked. I called your service again and was sent to this location. Finally at 10:45 I was able to get a vehicle. I tried calling your customer service line and they just read me the checkbox info again. The last agent that I spoke to on the phone told me "I WAS LUCKY TO GET A TRUCK". To top things off, you arbitrarily charged me safe move for $30 and I get to wait 3 days until maybe somebody might refund me as I definitely didn't request this. Your customer service was terrible. Your staff is rude.

TURESSA PHad a wonderful experience with my rental. Very convenient location with access to both I-10 and I-610. The gentleman who owns this location is incredibly friendly and helpful.

CREYON SThe pick-up location really is difficult to find. There is really only one entry off of Elysian Fields, and if you pass it, you are screwed. The owner was so pleasant and helpful. I guess it kind of made up for the difficulty we encountered getting to the place.
