The person inside was very friendly and helpful. The equipment and the location was very challenging. I rented a dolly with no way to secure it in the back, so it rolled around loose, the breaks on the truck were horrible. The parking lot is very narrow and the trucks were pulled in instead of backed in and they were very close together, I would be surprised if this location isnt the top Equipment Damage location based on the parking of the trucks and the lot, it was really really bad. The only thing that went well was the service provided by the attendant.
