There is nothing that needs to be done. My experience was amazing. Debbie was wonderful and so accommodating. She made sure that we had the best experience ever. I’ve rented U-Haul at other locations but this will be my first stop from now on. She treats me like I am a VIP and I love that You loose her, and you’re loosing me as a customer.
