We arrived for drop off at 12:15. Office showed open but no one was there. Sign said they were out on the property. Tried calling. Finally on the third try someone finally answered. Said they would be there in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later they showed up. They checked in the truck and told us we owed another $60+. We refused to pay. She called a regional person and he said to try and few things and nothing worked to get rid of the charges. He finally asked her what time she checked it in and she said 12:55 and told him that it was not her fault that it was checked in late. He had her change the time and the charges were gone. Will not do business with this Uhaul dealer again.
