I was there to pick up. Member had to call for assistance to rent the truck out. I was on a schedule to meet a ferry. It has never taken this long in the past. About 35 mins

Didnt appreciate that they kept changing the location for pick up, includong as far away as Lantzville, considering we booked the truck weeks in advance.
Trever BMake sure that the driver's cabin is clean. Ours smelled like dog food and dog kennel, with a lot of dog hairs. Seats are mucky. We had to clean it before going in, it didn't help the smell though. I dont wanna complain much, because I reserved the truck with such short notice, but that was an experience.
Cherlyn EFind a way to make customers aware that they have to pick up their vehicle in a place other than where they book. Front brakes were not good on mountain roads. On the downhill side there was some serious pulsating causing Wheels to wobble. Had difficulty uploading pictures when picking up the truck and ran out of time while trying to upload
