I have rented many uhauls before in Memphis, TN where I live and I've never experienced a place like this. It took forever to get the truck. We got there at 9:10a.m, our reservation time was at 9:30 and we didn't leave til 9:55. Their system was "down" and the woman had to call someone else who also took a long time to complete our confirmation. They didn't have the utility dolly that we needed but yet their site said the equipment was available, the price increased with hidden fees that Arkansas put at the end that wasn't noted on our reservation and lastly, when we returned the uhaul a little after 3p.m which was returned 2 hours before our time ended; we didn't even receive a final payment confirmation. The uhaul was suppose to be checked and we waited on an email for hours and it was never sent. Terrible experience we weren't happy at all. Too much hassle, too time consuming and false information was given on the reservation.

FRANK MGetting clear instructions and a way to communicate with workers proved very difficult. There were multiple phone number listed and most just kept ringing. There were two drop off locations. One in email and another in the app. The worker was very late arriving to work and we had to wait outside. However the truck was in very good condition.

ANNETTE HYou should not charge $221 to someone under someone else’s name that they have no connection to then once they make you aware of your mistake, you call them a liar and also call the U-haul representative a liar. I will never use U-haul again after this experience.
