Didn’t have the dolly I paid for, truck was shaky when driving, the process of pickup after hours isn’t smooth at all.

Mini Mall did an excellent job with the rental. Not only was the attendant super helpful with the process but the U-Haul was in excellent condition and ready to go.

Nothing for improvement at the center. Joe was incredible and went above and beyond. He is an absolute pleasure to work with and I truly would go out of my way to utilize this location if I could be guaranteed he was my associate.
