Not a good experience renting this truck will only go to a actual uhaul place for future rentals. The person who completes the check out seems to not even know how to use the program so this makes getting the rental difficult the whole time your trying to finish the process they help the other people in line and just make you wait longer. It also makes me uneasy to give my credit card information to someone who doesn't even know how to use program. Overall glad I was able to rent the truck but wont be going back to this location
