Amanda was excellent and professional to work with her at the U-Haul dealer off Victoria Rd, Woodstock, Ga 30189.The service was fast and extremely easy to rent the 9 x12 trailer for 2 days. Unit was clean and ready to pick up with my reservation. Thank you for the wonderful experience. It's a smaller dealer which makes it a lot easier to get in get your stuff and get on the road. I highly recommend you call this location for your U-Haul rental needs

It was after hours so I didn’t meet with any personnel-after I tried to submit it made me answer the question. You need to have an “na” as an option, there was nobody there. Also very frustrating app again. I had taken pictures on my phone at the gas station and it wouldn’t allow me to use those photos, so o had to stand in the dark and retake the pictures. Other than that the drop off was easy and good.

The trailer had not been cleaned and was full of dirt, debris, and other loose items. Staff did clean it prior to my leaving when asked. Also had a non-working taillight/brake light/turnsignal.

My pick up experience was great. However I was told that it had 1/2 a tank of gas but it did not. It was less then rhat. I took a picture when I first got in it. When I was done, I put a half a tank in which was more then I received it with. I returned it after hours and when i received my receipt the next day, i was charged for 3 gallons of gas. I have pictures showi g both levels. I sent them both and told thwm I was disputing the extra fuel charge. Will see what happens. I need to rent another truck later this week. Depending on the response I get will determine where I rent it from.

No one was onsite had to call U-Haul to complete return. Also, the GPS coordinates for this location is down in the storage rental area not the U-Haul area.

The service was great but the trailer was not advertised correctly. It did not meet my needs. Because of the sides at the drive on ramp is less than the overal with. My atv did not fit and I was unable to use the trailer

Both people I worked with at Mini Max was extremely courteous and helpful. When the U-Haul mobile app was giving me trouble (which it often does) the folks at Mini Max were more than happy to help assist with my checkout in person. This is a very convenient location to rent from as well, it's smaller than some of the main U-Haul locations so it's easy in/out of the lot here.

This was not the original pickup location so I didn’t rate this location bad because his customer service was great. Not having the vehicle at the reserve location having to drive 10 miles out of the way was very frustrating and put us behind with the move

One of the best uhaul experiences I have had fast easy helpful worked to get the cheapest options hooked and unhooked for me they have a dog in the office 10 out of 10 for the puppy and Michael was a perfect employee would definitely come back for any trailer needs

Agent lied telling us the charge would be for only one day as long as the truck was returned by afternoon on Sunday, we were charged for Monday as well despite this. Back of truck needed to be swept out when we first got it.

The heavy rains the night before caused the inside of the truck to be wet, the employee blew the water out but it was still needing attention. I had to use my blankets to dry the floor.

Replace the lockboxes with ones that are not rusted and old so that it doesn't take 30+ minutes to try to open to retrieve the keys.

The location was fine; check-in process okay as well but the back of truck was soaking wet; previous renters must have hosed it out. Required me to dry with towels and blower costing me extra time and money with movers...

I enjoyed using the UHaul 24/7 program to complete my rental. The property was fully-fenced with security cameras watching the parking lot. This was great for me to be able to leave my car there during my rental! The truck was clean and came with all my requested equipment. Mini Max Storage is a GREAT Storage and UHaul location!

The exhaust on the truck sounds like it has a leak and is rather loud. I like the location and the staff are very helpful, friendly, professional. Pickup and drop off is very easy with the mobile app to allow for after hour service.

I left a previous review for my last experience and noted that I never received an email invoice for my rental. The good people at Mini Max Storage (455 Victoria Rd, Woodstock GA 30189) saw this, called me, obtained a copy of my invoice from UHaul, and emailed it to me! I don't know what caused the failure in the UHaul inventory system, but the Mini Max staff made sure I got my invoice. I can't recommend this UHaul facility enough. I've rented from them several times over many years and they are the most professional and helpful staff you'll find at any UHaul facility anywhere.

The web version of your check in app will NOT scan a drivers license with an iPhone 14 pro. The real app (App Store) worked fine, but a very frustrating pickup process.

Please be aware of this storage facility my unit was broken into twice in 8 months the first time they installed the cameras because until then there was none when they did install these cameras they were not placed to where you could see the doors so I was moved to a different storage unit in which 8 months later I was broken into again and not only was I victimized twice at this facility by an unknown assailant then they had the audacity to auto pay my account $1,200 for a door that I did not damage and then they evicted me saying maybe it was an insurance job I think it was an inside job and I hope that no one ever rents from this facility ever again because I will see them in court you cannot auto pay an account for a different amount than what was authorized in the agreement so having said that please be advised that this is an unsecure facility facility that victimized me after I had been victimized already not an unknown person and their response to me was why did I tell anybody where my storage building was wow the worst experience I've ever had just the moral the humanity of it was unreal I'm still dealing with the consequences of that the money they took for my account was all I had and I am on a fixed income I paid my rent on time every month and because I was victimized there they evicted me then made me pay $100 more just to get my things out unreal God don't like ugly

I had mold on my chairs, it was musty, very dirty, plus there were Rats who had ripped through my boxes, and trash bags covering my stuff. Also the rate raised 85 in one year, who does that. We had 2 units here, moved both of them! We had 2,10x15, units climate control for $150 a month, that was clean. I will have to go through my item's see what kind of damage I incurred?

The staff was helpful. Hte facility had boxes we needed for storage (wardrobe boxes). It was nice to have the ability to rent a truck at the facility when we were ready to move. When we collected our things, there was evidence that a mouse/rat had gotten into our unit. This is the only negative experience we had.

Move in was great. Staff was helpful and kind. Rodents became a big issue. Ceiling was falling down, major signs of pests, there was mold on my wood. The unit door did not shut well. The inability to access the unit when needed was a big issue. The price increase was unacceptable as well. Move out, the response time was slow and I literally moved out before my next payment date and was still charged because they needed a notice in writing. Would not recommend this facility.

I had a covered rv site. Electric worked well. Rain water collected at the rear of the sites and the area outside the covered area is unlevel gravel that is messy after rains. Facility was convenient and suitable for me.
