Kyle thank you so much for your help. The virtual pick up was giving me a very hard time and I was definitely becoming frustrated with the app. Kyle saw me sitting outside and came over to help. I told him I was fine but he insisted and followed though getting my pick up cleared in less than 5 minutes. Little did he know I have an invisible disability and his jumping in to help me saved me an evening of discomfort. I highly recommend this location just off my experience with the staff members alone. Would definitely recommend this location.

BRIANA CThe truck didn’t have no heat, the doors will not close all the way and the light inside will not turn off.
Penelope PI got charged for a dolly I never got with my rental. I would appreciate if U-Haul can refund me . The representative say she would because she was the one the told me she didn’t have the dolly however I still got charged.
Shean FI needed a utility dolly and coverings for my furniture but they didn't carry those items. Those are some things that should be added to this location.

JORGE EThe place was closed during business hours ( they close at 5p but when we arrived at 4:15p they were already closed & there was no where other than the handicap spot to park the truck.
