The check in process was tedious. It was mostly done electronically even though I was there in person. The link I was given to follow didn't work well as I couldn't upload photos of the truck. I ended up skipping the process entirely and taking my chances with damage claims. The fuel tank was supposedly full but the gauge read 7/8 full. As gauges are not always accurate, I didn't question it. I drove a total of 6 miles and had to put nearly 5 gallons of fuel in so the tank was definitely not full. When I went to return the truck, no one was there (2:30 pm) so I had to use the key drop and was not able to register my complaints. This seems to be a poorly run location.

I can't say the personnel was helpful or unhelpful because the return was after hours. However, there were no instructions on whether to disconnect the toy hauler from the truck or not. I left it connected because it was connected when turned over to me
HOWARD RThis was not the original pick up location I specified when I made the reservation. I learned that although this location does provide the auto transport accessory to tow my car with the moving truck, they can't assist the renter with attaching the auto transport. Only a full service U-Haul can do so. At no point during the reservation process was I made aware of this.
JOEL MCan't think of anything to improve on. I was 45 minutes early for the truck rental and it posed no problem for Brandi who got me on my way in less than 15 minutes. Courteous staff, great location, and very reasonable rates!
