Only issue I had was a lack of ordered supplies(moving blankets). Other than that, the vehicle operated well and the lady at the desk was very helpful and personable.

TABITHA PThe truck I used has a very bad thud sound like a piece of metal is slamming into it undercarriage. The suspension and leaf springs should be checked.
RONALD NDo not rent a U-Haul here. They don’t know what they’re doing, won’t help you, and will lie about how much gas is in the tank. Even though they say there is a counter check-in process they will force you to check yourself in so that you can’t dispute any of the mistakes they make.
