I will not recommend this location because the checkout and check-in procedures are ridiculous. You force me to take a picture but nowhere are customers warned beforehand. You wait until we show up to pick up the vehicle. You provide no privacy guarantee which means our photos could end up anywhere. You also force us to provide an alternate contact or we can’t rent. Like that’s going to do anything. Again, you don’t inform customers of this until we show up to pick up. And then all the damned pictures we have to take during pickup and return. I was in a hurry and I didn’t have to time to waste on all of those pictures. You need to have a human option. What if I was a senior or simply didn’t have a smart phone? Then what? I can’t return a vehicle if no one is there? It was 3pm and rental staff was gone. I’m stuck renting from you guys again this week but I won’t ever again after this annoying as hell experience. I’m going to report this franchise because never have I had to endure this kind of process with uhaul.
Stephanie BNo Uhaul rental associate on site to help with the mechanics for what, where, and how to move from being in my vehicle arriving at the rental site to driving away with the 15' box truck I rented. Also, the box truck was in awful driving condition. I couldn't believe it given my rental experiences with Uhaul in the past where the vehicles were almost (if not) new looking and driving. I became aware of the danger immediately after turning off the rental site driveway and onto the one-way 4 lane road with vehicles zooming by at 60+ miles per hour and loosing temporary control crossing over two lanes trying to get the truck to go straight as it became clear that the steering was not right. I had to move back-and-forth from the 8 o'clock to 11 o'clock position to keep it moving straight. The best I could do was 35 mph to keep control. I ended up traveling a much further distance to stay on light traffic two-way 2 lanes roads and be safe. Any highway driving would have resulted in a bad accident! Also, the driver seat was soo broken down that I could not get a comfortable position. Shame on Uhaul for allowing this truck that is way too old and damaged to be driven by the general public as a representation of Uhaul's company reputation!!
ED M13 miles does not equal being charged for 2 gallons of gas, unless your vans only get 7 mpg, which is a mechanical issue you should fix.
Finn MI have a balance of $5.68 and was requ to pay it and was told that I don’t have to but I went to rent another truck to move and was told I had a balance I don’t mind paying it but the repressive was rude Anne said I needed proof of paynet for the full balance.

AARON JEverything about the experience was fine. The young lady at the counter was very helpful and friendly. The truck was clean and everything worked. MY ONLY DISAPPOINTMENT IS THAT I HAD TO FILL THE TRUCK UP TO THE FUEL LEVEL THAT IT WAS ON WHEN I PICKED UP. IM NOT COMPLAINING ABOUT THAT MY COMPLAINT IS THAT I WAS ALSO CHARGED A FUEL USAGE CHARGE FOR THE FUEL I USED. THAT IS DOUBLE DIPPING IF YOU ASK ME.
JEFFREY MThe U-Haul experience was very good. The location was perfect since it was right at my storage unit. The truck drove very well with great stability. The check-in and checkout process was very smooth, although it was time consuming. Overall, I had a great experience with U-Haul.

SHEILA SEveryone was very professional and super quick. There was a new worker and it was her first day and she did very well! The manager was very patient with her as well. I highly recommend this location!
