Very crowded. Early in the day. I was told to just drop the trailer behind other trailers. No paper work no nothing. I was called two days later and asked when I was going to return the trailer???????????????????. Wow!!!

Had to call the number on the app as door was locked even though business was open. Asked attendant if I needed to do anything to turn in and he said no. Was not aware of checkin process on app. Have used several u-haul locations before that have done the checkin themselves. Would not recommend the Frazee location.

reservation pick up time was 11:00 am monday March 10th. Representative was not available until 1:20 pm March 10. No apologies. No excuses. My time is valuable. He could show up. Be on time. Be apologetic. Fuck Him.

Ensure that phone numbers on the window are dark enough to read (sun bleached), otherwise it was a good drop off experience at an outdoor lot. Prefer to use phone contact over downloading an app, grateful for the option.

The staff was friendly, but the grounds and equipment were not prepared for business. Compared to other storefront rental locations I’ve used, this experience was disappointing. The front steps were covered with varying amounts, 3–5 inches, of packed snow, making them difficult to navigate. After managing to get up the steps, I found the door locked, with only a small, handwritten note instructing me to call a number—barely legible. The truck I received was nearly out of gas, with only 21 miles left in the tank. This felt unusual, as my previous rentals have typically had around 3/8 of a tank. Thankfully, a gas station was just two blocks away. The vehicle itself had several issues: the passenger-side windshield wiper blade was half torn off, the check engine light was on, and the car transport was covered in ice and snow. While some of the snow was brushed off before attempting to load, it wasn’t fully cleared. Loading the car onto the transport proved to be a challenge. The car slid off the ramps twice, requiring it to be jacked up so the ramps could be repositioned. Fortunately, the staff assisted with this, and I tipped them for their help. Later, someone brought material to improve traction, allowing us to load the transport successfully. Given their (30?) years of experience handling car transports in winter conditions, I would have expected these preparations to be standard and done in advance. Additional issues arose with the transport itself. The wiring was faulty, causing the running lights to turn off intermittently, requiring multiple stops to reconnect them. The ratchet strap was also frozen with a large chunk of ice, making it unusable until someone helped trim it down. On top of all this, I had to drive over 100 miles out of my way to pick up the equipment due to a reservation mix-up. What should have been a quick process turned into a two-hour ordeal just to pick up and load the equipment, plus another hour+ of extra driving. This added unnecessary stress and time to an already hectic moving weekend.

It was very windy and cold when I arrived at their location. I parked in the lot and tried to find someone. I walked to their front door and the steps were very icy. A sign on the door said they weren't there and I needed to call them. I walked back to my truck and called. They were inside. A man came out and asked if I could back the trailer into a spot between a recycle dumpster and another trailer. I said I thought I could. He went back inside. I backed it in. Waited for him to unhook it. He didn't come back out. I unhooked it and left. They were not helpful or informative. Will pick another place next time. P.S. I am a 68 year old woman. He should have helped me.

I understood id have a truck available in the town i was moving from until 24 hours before I had to pick it up 30 minutes away and arrange for a ride there instead.

Don't lie to customers, don't have people working by themselves that don't know anything. Customers shouldn't have to make multiple phone calls to make sure everything is straight with their rental. Very poor customer service
