The location was within 10 miles away from my new apartment. There is a Shell gas station just a few feet away and I put gas on the truck before dropping it off. The location was closed but there is a drop-off key slot. So I parked the truck with trailer, locked it and dropped off the key in the drop off key box

Neighborhood drop off is a joint car lot and Uhaul rental with limited hours on semi-rural property. Manager there is nice and helpful, would have no issue renting from this location in the future.

Thank you. Despite the weather, the trailer was ready to go. It performed beautifully and was delivered to the Laredo location yesterday without any glitches. All was excellent!!!

A little out of the way, but did the job. Hitch up was ok…..wish U-Haul would note the need for a 7 Blade to flat adapter might be needed…certainly an unnecessary surprise with nothing nearby and additional expense. Trailer inside was quite clean….outside has seen some miles and not a good example of what U-Haul can do. Another trailer at the pickup site was in much better shape….guess it was not meant for me. U-Haul rep was outstanding, very helpful and thorough in making sure hitching was proper.

The process was very smooth, from rental & pickup to return. Pricing was very reasonable, and the trailer was in great condition - it trailed my F-250 perfectly. Overall excellent experience!

The manager was amazing to work with, extremely professional, helpful, and most accommodating in helping me during a stressful move. He went above-board to assist with trying to locate lost keys and in allowing me to return the rental after hours in order to keep my busy schedule. I will use them again if ever in this area of San Antonio and highly recommend this location due to their outstanding customer service!

For the after hours return it should be stated at the beginning of the process not to put the keys in the collection box. Thus I was unable to upload all photos required. Literally drove 3 miles less than what I stated and will be very angry if for any reason their are extra charges. Also guy was sketchy about the payment, he was unable to use my card I used to schedule the truck with. Then asked for another card which he said would be charged, in conclusion at the end of the return process it asked for me to make a payment. Just very sketchy and I hope I am not charged more than once.
