I originally rented from Wallace and the night before I was to pick up the truck, U-Haul called and said that I had to change locations and get a bigger truck (which was too big). Plus, they would not have any blankets - which I needed.

Brittany SWas told that I could pick up the truck at 930am. No one was there. I waited until after 10am and started making phone calls. I finally got in touch with the business owner and he said he was on the way. I had alot to get done and had a appointment to pick up my furniture at 945am so I called the furniture store and told them I would be late. It was almost 1100am before I got the truck.
Timothy HNobody was there when I dropped it off. Completed self turn in for both pieces of equipment and still no one showed up. I was doing this place a favor by dropping off equipment they don't normally have, the location of the drop off was 40 minutes from my house one way! I ended up getting charged for another day because I was 20 minutes late. This is the thanks I get for going an hour and half out of my way. Thanks U-Haul! Not worth the $30 dollars I saved , especially when it ended up costing me more than that to take to Teachey instead of the closer drop off. Good Luck !!
Ryan WWe were moving from Jacksonville to Newport News, we had to drive to Teachy, one hour each way. We received the call the day before this was only location in area with the truck we needed. Cost me extra gas in two vehicles. I will think again about using UHaul.

perry GWent to return trailer the Sunday and online showed open 8-5. Business closed and got no answer from business. Tried self check out and automated system kept looping and trying to rent me another trailer. Went home and returned with trailer Monday morning. Hours showed 8-5 but business closed. Called and got someone from business. They advised that they should be there around 10. They said to do nothing and put trailer in long line with their trailers and just leave it. Took photos and parked it and left. Call back after lunch and they said they were checking unit in and would send receipt.. worked out but would be nice if you are open during business hours. Will rent haul every time need trailer or truck.

DAVID MI had my U-Haul truck set up for U-Haul Go pickup after hours of the location, however, they neglected to include the 2 dozen furniture blankets & appliance dolly that I requested & paid for in advance. Therefore, I was forced to use my clean comforters to protect my furniture, which I will have to wash now. Also, without the appliance dolly, we weren't able to use the U-Haul for the second day to pickup our new washer & dryer, as planned.
