Truck was a bit smelly but that was not the fault of the location. Also, blankets were not available that I had requested so I was refunded.

Showed up an hour and a half late. Not 24/7 like advertised and impossible to get ahold of. Hours posted online were wrong. Wasted a lot of time sitting in the cold

Ali was great and was able to help me get in and out with the truck super fast. He truly understands customer service and providing value. I would highly recommend renting from this location.

I scheduled pick up for 8am. I had to call several times to ask him where he was. Location is filthy, very shady. He finally showed up at 8:20. Meanwhile I'm standing in front on the sidewalk, feeling very uncomfortable about my surroundings. I will say tough, Alli was very kind, and very respectful.

I had a certain quote on my first initial reservation, when I asked why my receipt was more than what I reserved it for. The employee told me, “it’s just how it updated I have no control”. I have no choice but to follow through as I was on a time crunch. Not very helpful, and ended up paying an extra 100 more

Though I was there in the middle of the posted hours. For a Sunday (9 - 3),, the yard was locked up, and I had to leave the truck on the street and the key in a lockbox on the gate. Not really a problem, but I’d rather see personnel to complete the transaction. Tried to put ‘not applicable’ to several questions on drop off, but survey won’t allow it (why have the choice on the survey, if it won’t accept it?)
