KENNY RI rent Uhaul a lot of time, but in this last rent I am really disappointed. I picked up the truck with no problem until I had to load the real mileage that I received the truck (because it had a huge difference what the app said with the truck showed). So I call customer services who very gentil attend my call and after trying twice to load the real mileage, they told, don't worry take a picture and when you return it show it to the receptionist and that is what I did. She also told me I am putting a note about it. The receptionist told ok dont worry I am going to fix it on system, you can leave. After when I receive the final document, they don't only update the beginning mileage they put me more mileage in the returning truck. Fortunately I always take pictures. I am already make my complaint and I am waiting a solution about it
JAVIER VI ordered online and the vehicle is ready for pick up when I arrive. Friendly service, newer vehicle, easy to maneuver. Good experience.
KRYSTAL PPaula handled everything from the first phone call to in person pick up to needing an xtra day she was Amazing helpful efficient and went over and above to make a stressful moving experience painless . What an asset Paula is to this Team! Many personal thanks to her!!!!!
OLIVER FTo be honest, the lady that called me was very nice and helpful and even helped me move my reservation back an hour because I was late due to an unforeseen injury. But when I arrived and followed the prompts in the app to pick up the truck, the gate code I was provided did not work. I know I wasn’t crazy, because I had 3 other people with me reading the instructions and confirming I was entering the code correctly. I called the support number and the lady on the line was also very nice but could not get me into the gated area. To be fair, the lady from the office that called me ushered me to get there before closing incase I needed assistance, but I feel that I should not have needed assistance for a self service pick-up and drop off. I had to rely on luck to retrieve the truck and could not return it inside the gated area. I did not have this much trouble the last 1-2 times I’ve used this service at other locations without gates.

JORGE HThe one issue i had was i requested a furniture dolley, charged for it, however it wasn’t in the truck when i self serve picked it up. And i couldn’t ask for it given the location was closed at 7am on a Sunday. Hence requesting a refund

JANIS MI’ve never been treated so rudely. Anywhere. Ever. upon returning the truck. I was told she made notes in the account that will potentially affect my next rental bc I returned it empty. One it was Nike for sure and not empty and two I understand the charges to fill it ….so charge me and don’t punish me and shame me repeatedly. I use U-Haul exclusively multiple times a year for my business and hope this one employees lack of empathy and people skills doesn’t affect your business or mine.

RICHARD SDid not like that the fuel tank was not full. I pumped fuel before returning and I still got hit with a fuel charge bc apparently it did not reach the level it had even though I thought it did.

David RA- they charged me a 25.00 clean up fee, it was not dirty They say their was 3/8 of a tank of gas there was less, they say I returned it with a 1/4 tank, it was over a quarter of a tank They told me there was moving blankets in truck there were no moving blankets, they ripped me off, never using them again

MATEO HI had a confirmed reservation. The equipment was not available. They offered me a larger vehicle at a higher price. I believe the mistake was made y the company, I had to pay for it.

SANDRO CWindows were dirty and forcing people to take insurance isn’t good. I have insurance. The truck didn’t come full of gas which we had come to expect.
LYNN KI needed a ramp but the truck I rented didn’t have one. I didn’t see anywhere in the description online where it informed me if that. It would be nice if that was part of the description

LEE EI’ll get the truck almost empty tank. I wasn’t sure how long I was gonna use it. I filled up the gas tank, but I’ll return it quarter tank full and I didn’t get any credit about the gas., I even mentioned the workers in the office.
