Great experience other than me losing 40$ and 2 hours because yall sent me to a location that no longer does U-Haul. Hopefully U-Haul makes it right to me for losing time and money.

dermot oOrdered a hand truck, 2 dollies and 48 blankets. Was told they had no trucks, go next door and buy my dollies and he'd land what blankets he had, after him and his helper argued about it. None where sealed in bags as before. I didn't count them as they where piled up here and there. Lesson learned. I gave all I had back. 18 short. Took me nearly a month of back and fourth trying to get rid of fees. Went to rent today and was refused truck making me pay extra for my loading help. This retrumplicant is still costing me money. I should have known when I saw him. One who can't maintain their own weight surely can't maintain a place of business. I said it. Take heed and be forewarned. This guy is a straight up crook. As expensive as things have gotten since our current president, Lord know I don't have an extra $480 to cover this man's incompetence. Bless his heart.
James BPaperwork was easy as I used UHaul before. Easy pickup and convenient drop off after hours - shortly after 5 p.m.

Chuck NThis location had no individual present for trailer pickup transaction. Had to wait 35 minutes and eventually hooked up the trailer myself with no pre check completed by U haul representative.

Paul BDaniel at the U-haul location in Trenton, GA provided outstanding customer service. He was accessible for questions with quick response. Our reserved 26 ft. truck was not available on the date requested so he made arrangements for a 20 ft. truck that we were allowed to use an extra day. The vehicle drove easily and was clean both in cab and backend.

anthony kYou could actually have the u-haul ready at the time I reserved so that I don’t have to pay for 2 extra hours of movers sitting waiting. I will NEVER use u-haul again due to issues I had while moving. For us to reserve a truck 6 days in advance and nothing to be ready is ridiculous. I used u-haul at least twice a year the last few years and cannot believe how rude the customer service line is.
Daniel MI wish he had helped me call Uhaul and get my account straightened out. He told me UHaul would contact me but no one has. So it appears I paid about $300+ too much but I have gotten no refund. We have used UHaul many times in moving and my husband always took care of renting, etc. I had to do this alone and it has been a bad experience. I am thankful he told me that I had paid too much and was owed a refund.
MARYLIN JThe only thing is I requested to drop off in Fort Payne Alabama area and Uhaul ignored my request. That would have been much closer for me. Other than that everything through out the process was easy.
Dean SIt was pretty difficult to get into the driveway with a large truck and trailer. The worker was kind and accommodating even though the reservation system didn’t show this place existed and wanted us to pick a new drop off a long way away. Thankfully they do exist and were very helpful.
