GOCE TU haul drop off charge location and I don't know any one not informed about that and thay charge more 24 dollar. I'm not charged location. I don't want to pay extra.
HARNISHKUMAR PFix the damage to the vehicle before renting it. Back right lights broken badly, right rear corner panel damaged so right back door didn't close properly. Inside was very dusty with sand and dirt. Back two tires were low in air.
Velda MExtremely convenient location with a variety of vehicles to suit your needs. Staff on hand made the process very easy to complete. I will use this location from now on when my work requires a larger vehicle.

SCERON OWe have used this location multiple times and have always been satisfied with the service. We will be needing to rent again within the next couple of months and will definitely be returning. Polite service. Well-organized. No complaints at all. And, the price is quite reasonable.
Stephen MFirst of all, I was sent to this location even though it was 28 km away from where I needed it. Although the gentleman at the desk was helpful, he did not have the appliance dolly I reserved and despite his efforts to locate one, apparently it was discovered that no location in the GTA had one. I fail to understand what the purpose of reserving equipment is if you can’t guarantee its availability? The job I travelled from Kitchener to do became a lot harder as a result of this. This occurred even though I informed the operator I spoke to on the phone the day before that I would need a dolly and if it’s unavailable, I would consider cancelling the truck. Instead, my husband and I had to lift three heavy appliances onto the truck by hand.
GINA AIt was nit clean enough. Previous renter left 3 bags of garbage inside of the van. Otherwise it was smooth and very convenient experience overall.

Peter OThe brake pedal is too high up, I'm sure you have a reason for that but as an almost tall lady (5'9) I was wildly uncomfortable and had an ache in my leg by the time I was on my way back with the truck. Just something to look into if you can!

amar BVan I rented, needs service. Tires or bearings, driving on a smooth highway feels like a gravel road. Ultimately, I was wondering if the packages fell over. This trick needs to be serviced for wheel issues. Idle sounds rough.
Dave DMister Convenience on Island Road is a strange place to pick up a uhaul, but the service was excellent there and the vehicle clean and ready to go. The location is very close to our home (walking distance) so it was a real pleasure to find a uhaul location that had all the right attributes!

SHEHERI CThe back door was very hard to open and close took 2 people to pull it open and had use all my weight to close it , I sprayed some wd40 on the hinges , still hard to open and close, got the done.
Romel SThere were questions repeated from the online reservation and the in-person check-in. This suggests the process isn't completely seamless yet, between online and in-person. Apart from the that, the customer service was nice and smooth, and this particular location is super great for the neighbourhood.

Amanda TMake sure trucks are cleaned, have staff do pre inspection for damage. Damage on Uhaul records did not match damage on vehicle.
Adreyun GMy original location could not provide me the rental as the on line reservation system screwed up my reservation and the lady at the store could not figure things out. I was sent to a second location where the person was not knowledgeable to process my reservation. So after an hour and a half of struggling to get a rental truck, I was sent to this and final location where they were able to process and provide me a truck. Overall my UHaul experience was VERY poor.
VAHE MU-haul online booking needs work. I booked and confirmed my booking online in ajax when I got there they didnt have a truck for me and told me the online reservation messed up.I had to go 20km out of my way to get a truck. There was another person there with the same issue. FIX ONLINE RESERVATION SO PEOPLE DON'T WASTE THEIR TIME.
Edwin RThe inside was full of fur and something gross in the cup holder. Also the tire was flat. They did come and fix it right away but that took several hours away from my day.
Jacqueline BI made the mistake of not checking the mileage. The reported mileage driven exceeded my actual trip significantly. Needless to say I will not be using this location ever again.

Sanjae MLong time before we had access to the truck to leave. Pick up was 10, didn't leave until 1045 and this was with prebooking. In addition, we did not receive our deposit back. Told the system was down. We have since received a check, but will take 4 to 6 weeks to deposit. In addition the details are not correct on it.
