I was told all your moving vans came with ramps and Dollie's. that was not the case for my rental. Something amiss with the gas gauge on thir van I rented. It showed approximately 1/4 tank full. I drove it for 65 miles When I returned the van and put gas in it to bring it back to 1/4. When I returned the van the operator told me I had to pay to fill up the tank because it was less than 1/4. I took the van to the local gas station and put in another $20 worth of gas. I don't see how to go 65 miles and no idling would cost $50 in gas The outside of the van was extremely dirty. When I drive it there was a definite theme as if there was a bulge or shifted tread in one of the tires. The transmission was also acting up. Lastly this was an American truck with mileage instead of kilometres. So you had to mentally keep converting miles to kilometres to stay within speed limits. Never again

Was continuously on the phone during the more than 1/2 hour pick up time required to pick up a reserved trailer. Then, once the paperwork was done, no help with the trailer whatsoever as he was "busy" with store customers buying cigarettes and sodas, etc.

What is the point of booking a truck online if you don't make it available - we didn't get the proper size or the location. We had to take car loads the day before because we knew we couldn't get everything in the 10' truck but the 20' truck was too big.
cameron L.There was garbage in the vehicle when I started and had to dispose of some of it there was a 5 foot sheet of cardboard in the back of the vehicle that I left on the floor and I believe charged extra for it also the gas was very expensive and is very bad for thr environment. I don't know why electric vehicles are not used for uhaul options.

The truck had been left virtually empty of gas. That's very annoying and frustrating to get into a vehicle and have to get gas. U-haul charges a premium fee if gas is not put back in, this money should be used to always keep gas in these vehicles.

Samson I.Owner did not help me with hooking up the trailer, told me if I didn't know how to do it then I shouldn't be renting it. Forced me to park it back in a very tight space, where I then had to take it off my truck myself and move it by hand (I am a women with back issues), was irritated with the whole process in general. I definitely will not be returning there and to be honestly extremely disappointed in the over all service.

It appeared that it had not been properly cleaned for several rentals. The cab also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. A serious health and safe concern.

WESLEY S.I did not recieve the appliance dolly that I reserved. On the website when I logged in there was no option to talk with anyone regarding the issue. The app was not working for check in, it took me an hour to pick up the truck. When I returned the truck, instead of paying right away I had to open a dispute for payment because the dolly was not there, I recieved an email stating someone would be in contact with me within 48 hours regarding the dolly not being available at pickup. Despite this, I was charged full price and since then I have had 2 extra charges from the store without explanation.
