Invest in signage for this location because the dealers are not only proficient in the rental process they are extremely friendly and helpful as well as making each individual feel comfortable enough to say or ask anything that is on their mind without being looked upon in a negative way. This location is a diamond in the rough and public need to know how down to earth,friendly,and concerned these owners are with each and every person whether they are returning customers, first time customers, or undecided. To sum it up: You will not find better people to represent the U-Haul name. Only improvement I can see needed is more equipment available for immediate rental. If potential customers see this location is fully equipped the word will quickly spread and make this location a highly profitable business. Once people inquire with these owners they will go out of their way to do business with them as I will in the future. 5 star location even though it’s not fully equipped. P.S. display display display and it will sell equipment like never before. I know this to be true because I have been in different types of business as well as being a U-Haul rental location and I always thrived when I had a variety of equipment and products displayed. You all know if it looks good from a distance it attracts customers who would not otherwise give a thought of stopping by or even recognize it as a business to begin with. If there were ever a opportunity to finance an owner in building a storage facility it would be these owners if they were interested and had the space available to expand. This location is already a multi business and has a word of mouth clientele that are currently satisfied to make any additional business quickly become not only profitable but wanted and needed in the immediate and surrounding area. I would have rented a storage unit at this location had it been available. I feel strongly that investing in/with these honest persons will be a no loss investment even if you have a buyout clause that is agreed upon by all parties involved.

I have rented many U-Haul trailers, car, transporters, enclosed trailers, and trucks over the past 25 years. The workers at this location were the friendliest people I have ever came across. They almost made it enjoyable, renting the enclosed trailer that I was getting from them.

This location is extremely close to my property yet when I went on U-haul.com it wasn't listed as a drop off point. The location and staff are great and deserve more attention ! This location will be the one I would use anytime I need a truck or trailer and the owners don't even get listed without some digging. Extremely helpful and friendly

Someone’s error listed my drop off location over 300 miles from the actual drop off and I was charged a $25 fee for the wrong drop off location. One phone call and the fee was credited back to my card in less than 24 hours. Thank you

Very nice people who made sure I had everything I need ! Did a 3 point inspection with me before I took the vehicle. Told them I might be a little later to the drop off and left the gate open for me. I felt very valued and respected as a customer. Will be using them again when my lease is up !!!
