It was the worst experience ever. It started out with the lady that is charge of renting out the u- haul’s she was rude. She made us feel like we were an inconvenience. She left the keys in the U-Haul since she was going out of town. She kept telling me I got her in trouble because she didn’t get my information. I don’t work for U-Haul. I did as I was told. She kept calling yelling at me and then would just hang up after she would spout out random sly remarks like haven’t you driven up and down the interstate thousands of times? Don’t get me started on the dirty U-Haul. Can you say human trafficking or transporting illegals! It was beyond disgusting poop and urine. I had to clean it before I could load my belongings and travel.

ARRY TExceptional service from this location. The owner stayed late for us to come from 70 miles away to pick up the limited trailer.all the other U haul locations within a 90 mile or more radius was out of the size of trailer we needed. She ( and her canine sidekick) treated us with 5 star service. We were moving my elderly grandmother and did not account for all the end of month reservations. I am beyond grateful!!
Toni JMiztis is the place to go if you want excellent customer service. Knows exactly how to help the customer select the right rental for their needs and excellent with customer care. Miztis should be the standard on how all u haul rentals businesses should operate.
Eddie EThis was the location that the UHaul support driver went to for the new auto trailer on a Sunday. Fortunately the location had another auto trailer and after several hours we were on our way. This location was extremely helpful.
