I had no help hooking up the trailer. The parking lot was really tight and full of private vehicles. The attendant could not tell me what the insurance covered. I had to take pictures of my drivers license while in the store and send them to her while in the store and the cell coverage in that area was poor so it took a couple attempts.

BRIAN WThe attendant should talk to the customer and check to see that their needs are being met, not on a call with their support? Presumably? Talking in a different language. Then to be told oh you can go-from another staff member .. Thankfully everything was in order. But not knowing in advance is not my idea of a positive moving experience.
