Location was easy to get in and out of. It was after hours so we parked the truck with others and dropped the keys in the box. Not sure about in inside facility or the personnel.

It was later at night when I dropped it off. Parking lot has some fairly big holes in it. There was some trash in the gravel lot that caught on my feet when I was walking around the U-Haul there were people walking around the lot being quite loud. Again, this was very very late at night when I dropped off the U-Haul.

Attendant couldn't find keys to truck when I went to pick up after looking they were able to find the keys told me truck has a full tank and it didnt. Truck had less than a half a b tank of gas in it so I ended up having to put an extra $40.00 gas in truck I have pictures of odometer reading and gas gauge to prove my point the truck had 23,809 mi when rented allegedly with full tank gas had 23,884 mi when returned either 1/4 tank of gas so I drove75 mi and it took 3/4 tank of gas I'm extremely upset about this whole ordeal and I'm thinking of complaining to the BBB . I will never rent from this W Jefferson location again.

Mike Dougherty has been great to rent U-hauls from. The vehicles are always clean and ready to go when you get there to pick up. He works hard to make your experience as pleasant as possible. I have returned to his location many times over the past couple of years.

Please make sure your customers know the daily hours. We were not aware that they would be closed on the day we scheduled to return the trailer.

Teach dealer to use your computer program. It took 3 hours to get my rental when I already had it reserved

Went to drive away and tires were low. Had to wait for them to fill tires. Got to moving location and opened up overhead to see 3 roaches. Had to clean out truck to use it. There was also trash under the passenger seat along with the previous users rental contract.
