You can start by ensuring that your customer representative has more people skills than a door stop. Zero helpfulness and zero assistance. Van was not clean. Zero accountability. Thanks

They overcharged me. The truck wasn’t really clean had trash and the driver’s area and I only used it for four hours brought it back with more gas and clean and got charge for a whole day and it only said $20 a day and I understand about the safety fees and rental fee so it should’ve been more like 45 or maybe 60 bucks I got charged 150.
Siwatu MThe store opened 45 minutes later than advertised. Despite my checking-in on-line, the person did not want to issue the keys. Persons on the phone were very helpful and instructed the attendant to release the keys. I rented a furniture dolly and moving blankets but there were none available at that location and the attendant just put their hands in the air. Once again the oerson on the phone was helpful but it required me driving the rental truck to a different U-Haul location.
Rene VI was a bit confused because this is only my second time renting a U-Haul but every was very kind and informative with assisting me which I greatly appreciate!! & would definitely recommend to friends/ family.
