Jay SThe absolute worst experience . I only had to.go 10 .miles the ratchet straps on your trailer were so rusted it took us 3hrs to get them working. Obviously no one checks your equipment. And I spent 10$ on WD40 to fix YOUR TRAILER. The lady didn't charge me because she messed up so I gave her 25$ cash which I believe I should get a complete refund for what l had to deal with like I said extremely disappointed. Shit show. Thanks hopefully someone will do something. Thanks Robby S.
