The young woman didn't know what she was doing. First she told me that all I had to do was leave the key which I told her wasn't right. I needed a receipt showing I dropped it off. Then when she finally figured out what to do, she stated that the system told her that they would be charging me for something and it wouldn't let her move forward. I told her there was nothing to charge me for. I didn't go over the mileage, I returned it a day early and all the furniture pads were there. She had to call technical support for help. It took over 30 minutes for her to finally complete the return. My receipt showed I was not going to be charged anything yet there is a $20 pending charge on my account. I will call Smokeys on Tuesdatly as he seems to know what he is doing.

First of all they never gave me the right size truck they gave me a 10-footer and it should have been a 15 footer every time I book with that company with my corporate account I always has a problem they need to do better.

the tires was low on air. did not like that I had to go to another location to get my van.

The ladies there were very nice! I was very happy they had a truck. Everywhere else was booked out. There was an alert on the dashboard that the left tire pressure was low , but it got the job done.

The rate I reserved was not the one they told one when I walked in there. I was quoted $.99 cents a mile and they told it would be $1.19. I left my sunpass in the vehicle and it's lost. The location is difficult to find. They told me they had no reservation. Then they found it and gave me a different rate. They could not locate the keys to the vehicle..took 10 minutes to find them.🤨😑☹️

The van was loaded with bugs and smell like pee. We reported to the office to let them know. We are asking for some kind of refund. Thanks

The cargo van was infested with roaches. I couldn't move my stuff because I was afraid the roaches get inside the boxes I was moving. I make a complaint and still u haul charges me $76. I will never rent again from there. Very dessapoint
