Great in and out service. Vehicle was in good shape.
TRENTON HEverything was great there! The only complaint was that the truck only had a quarter of a tank. I personally think every truck should be at a half at least before the next customer rents it. Overall amazing place and experience.

SHANNON JLights in dash board for tire and engine were on but person said it is ok as it maybe the sensors. I had to go back to dispute the charge i received. They charged me 500 miles @ .99 per mile instead of 150 miles. Now I have to wait for a supervisor to review the charge that was entered incorrectly.

Donald LCheck in at the counter took over half an hour because the store manager insisted that the Mobile One service was more important than checking me in for the UHaul rental. I attempted to get his attention and requested service at least 3 times but he refused to serve me until he was ready. I didn't appreciate the delay. In addition, the 9' Cargo Van I rented had dirty floors both in the cab and in the back of the van itself. It was clear that the Van had not been cleaned out and the floors wiped clean.

JAMES WEverything was very enjoyable and very easy. From making my reservation, to going to pick up my van, which was readily available to me, no waiting around! I drove to my destination and back and parked in the spot I left with NO. Trouble. Will do business with then again!
