I'm sorry I didn't get his name of the gentleman who helped me with the rental of a 15 foot truck. He was very friendly and helpful plus made me feel comfortable, that's why I keep coming back to this location. I was disappointed initially, I get to the location I was booked and it was closed! I waited about 10 minutes and decided to call at which time I was told they would arrive in a few minutes. After waiting another 20 minutes for his computer to boot up he informs me that my reservation is â€œdouble bookedâ€ at which time he tells me to â€œhold onâ€ I be with you after taking care of another costumer that arrived after me and who has the â€œdouble bookedâ€ reservation!! I waited another 10 minutes and went outside to call Uhaul directly. They found my another rental nearby. The biggest disappointment was the time elapsed and not receiving an apology and the representative rationalizing this situation. No accountability!!James Z.

I talked to 3 different customer service agents to change phone number so I can verify my device once I log in. I was told each time it was done and it wasnt. At this point, I was feeling unsure about me being able to rent a truck because I couldn't go thru with the verification so I cancelled and rented a truck thru budgetveronica S.
The pickup was at an under-staffed oil change place. They had no clue what they were doing in terms of checking me in and had none of the things (furniture pads, dolly, etc.) that I requested. The cab istelf wreaked of cigarets and there was trash inside it. I did the online checkin to expediate the process and it still took over 30 minutes. Terrible experience.Jonathon G.

I WAS OVER CHARGED FOR MILEAGE AND THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INSPECTED WITH ME BEFORE I RENTED IT SO I WAS ON AWARE OF HOW MANY MILES WERE ON IT BEFORE I LEFT NOR HOW MUCH GAS WAS IN IT.I NEVER GOT A COPY OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SEE THE MILES OR GAS. I WENT FOM MOBILE TO CHICAGO RIDGE IL. 3/12 MILES AND FROM CHICAGO RIDGE TO JUSTICE IL. 6/12 MILES THEN BACK TO MOBILE APPROXIMATELY 9/12-10/12 MILES. BUT WAS CHARGED FOR 20 I WOULD LIKE MY OVERCHAEGE TAKEN CARE OF PLEASEPatricia G.

Took me 45 minutes to leave that site with the trailer.. The employees kept taking care of their customer doing oil changes and the left me alone.. Even when they started the check-in procedure the employees left me 3 times to do oil changes or paperwork.. I did the pre check thru the website adding my driver license pictures and everything.. Pre paying for it on the website, even tjos my card was online and prepaid for this trailer I had to re enter all that info back with them at the counter?! The trailer is the 6x9... Biggest and heaviest and they left me alone to hook it and set it.. No help whatsoever.. I'll never go back there or uhaul again.. I requested a 15' truck one way to Bourbonnais I paid in advance$181.00i went to pick up truck at 89th Cicero they tell me the truck not here have to go 95th Roberts Rd to pick it then they tell me I have to bring it back after I requested one way in other words they gave my truck to someone else which cost me a lot of driving time you have a bunch of Morons working there I am not a happy camper I will never rent a truck from you people again terrible service have a nice day cause I sure didn'tHENRY M.

The lights on the trailer were spotty and didn't work like they should (break lights and one turn signal didn't work as required). I had ordered moving blankets but there were none. I don't think it's as much of the locations fault as the typical Uhaul issue with letting you book at one location and then later them just switching you to wherever they want.Gregory P.

I had a reservation for a 9 ft and all they had was a van. I drove 31 miles and put 5 gallons of gas to fill up the tank. 6 miles to a gallon??? When I mentioned this, I got nowhere.SPALDING R.

The truck was filthy inside and out mud on the floor . And someone wiped their hands on the headliner. I would have never taken it except I had an appointment. I was running late because of another location did not have a truck. And I was sent over here. It also had a foul smell in the truck. I stopped at home and grabbed windex and paper towels wiped everything off. And sprayed the inside with freebreze . I will say the staff was friendly and informative. And that is the only reason I could recommend them. I did not say anything to the counter guy because he didn't own the equipment. I do have photos of the inside of the truck.larry C.
I made an reservation for a uhaul trunk two days prior for pickup. So when I go there to pick it up I wasn't able to get my truck right away. I had to redo the registration process all over again. The time I put down for the rental was 8:30am-12:30pm. By the time they finished the registration, and had to de-ice and removed the snow from the truck (Even though they knew this truck was reserved) it was 9:00am. 30 minutes had already went by of my rental and I wasn't even using it. I understand this is a oil change center and some workers were busy. However, if someone simply makes an reservation for something, it should be ready for that customer needs based off of the reservation.Terrance G.

The cleanliness of the truck was not the issue. The issue was the mobile reservation that was supposed to be "quick and easy." I arrived at the site, submitted all of my credentials, only to be given the message "awaiting approval" for 20 + minutes. I finally had to call the customer service line for help. Another suggestion is you guys need to consider that the person reserving the Uhaul and the person driving the Uhaul might be different. There was a problem verifying my info because I was the one who made the reservation but my fiance was the one who was going to drive it. The app seemed to be confused by this concept.Joanna D.

I left the keys in the drop box and the uhaul employee called me with his personal cell phone saying that I have damaged the truck and that I'm going to have to pay. I went to the location to see what he was talking about and he said to get the F&(*% his shop. That I need to come next day. I just wanted to see what I was talking about so I got mad and my bf got mad too. We didn't understand why he was saying all of that. When we left he called my cell phone like 9 times left a voice mail and texted me to tell my tough boyfriend to come back the uhaul. So if you have no choice but to go the that uhaul Mobil 1 Lube Express , 7850 W 95th St, Hickory Hills, IL 60457. Make sure you take pictures of everything that you rent there. They falsely accuse you of damage. Will NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO RENT FROM THERE!!!Luz R.
