This place was a joke. I was afraid to stop there. The people were unknowledgeable and couldn't even figure out how to disconnect the trailer. They asked me to lift it for them as it was too heavy and they didnt have any of the necessary equipment to do so. I refused as I have a back issue. I explained the issues that I had and they could care less. I cannot believe that U-Haul ever visited this place. If they did, whoever approved them should be fired. I would love someone to call me.
