Trucks should be “full” upon rental & returned on “full.” It’s difficult to figure out the amount of gas needed to replace to equal 1/2 tank. It would be way more convenient that way. It would be a courtesy for all renters. I rented & it was below 1/2 a tank & I returned it slightly above that. Took photo of gauge when I rented & returned truck. It’s a nuisance to figure out the amount needed on a truck you are unfamiliar with & only used for part of a day. I feel it this method ONLY benefits U-HAUL, as the customer will either put too much or not enough fuel…getting penalized financially either way. NOT AMUSED WITH THIS SUSTEM!

The guys that helped me were amazingly kind and extremely respectful. I could not have been treated any better.
ryan hThe worker did not inform me of everything i needed to do. This was my first time renting a u haul that I could remember so I was left trying to figure it out. Kept having to tell him what my email address was. He kept putting information wrong on the form. The place we rented from was absolutely disgusting. So filthy. It was a Mobile gas station convenience store. I will go straight to a u haul place next time.
GWEN MThis place was a joke. I was afraid to stop there. The people were unknowledgeable and couldn't even figure out how to disconnect the trailer. They asked me to lift it for them as it was too heavy and they didnt have any of the necessary equipment to do so. I refused as I have a back issue. I explained the issues that I had and they could care less. I cannot believe that U-Haul ever visited this place. If they did, whoever approved them should be fired. I would love someone to call me.
