The pickup location the person inside was not knowledgeable regarding we needed to get the keys inside We had to call U-Haul and they needed to call the place

Mirror on Driver’s side door was loose and would not stay in position. Difficult to see traffic on left side of vehicle.

There is very little communication with the 3rd part workers. Very very very rude. Questions asked were met with stares and a lot of I don't know answers. Was ready to walk awa7y from the whole transaction 1000% will not recommend this location.
