I made an on line reservation two days in advance. Did not have either of the two dolly’s I requested. When I picked up the vehicle, it still took close to 30 minutes to complete the transaction. The vehicle was filthy inside. The truck only had a quarter of a tank of gas in. When I returned the vehicle with the same amount of gas I was told I would be charged $31.00 for more gas. When i disputed this I was directed to the area service manager Tom. He displayed the worse customer service approach possible. When I told him of my experience all I got was you should have read the contract. I drove 81 miles, I put the tank where it was when I received it. The up charge for gas with what I already put in clearly exceeded 81 miles. Full disclosure I was moving some fragile furniture due to my mother in law passing away the previous week. So reading the fine print of contract texted to me after 30 minutes of standing in the gas station wasn’t a priority for a six hour rental. My recommendations would be to not rent from the Mobil gas station in Warwick and to send Tom to some customer service training. His approach from the start was rude condescending and confrontational. Thank you.

BRIAN TThey did not have the truck and keys ready at my reservation time so I had to come back 30 mins later. They gave me the truck with only a 1/4 tank of gas. They charged me a $15 optional fee without showing me the option to waive it. The actual truck was fine, but the experience was poor.
Hope MThe staff had no idea what was going on, they had to call somebody to get information on what to do. Finally, they said we could leave and we would get an email with the return information. Staff definitely needs training!
