I chose a five star location called Speedees in Arlington. Of course, U-Haul, in its infinite wisdom, rerouted me to the Mobil location (three stars). I received no supplies that I paid for. My credit card information that was “saved for payment” was indeed not, so I had to find the number and provide it to the cashier (she was fantastic by the way). She called the owner and he called around to find another location with the supplies (Alpha Graphics). I had to wait thirty minutes for another manager at Alpha Graphics to get back from lunch to pick up the supplies. Even then, I did not receive the 24 pads that I ordered. I was provided ten and the dolly. Both locations assured me that my order would be credited for the extra dozen moving blankets missing from my order. I was not. The utility dolly worked out okay, though. I cleaned the cup holders and door inset to put my phone, keys, etc. They were very sticky and not clean. The truck ran great, but it was not clean.

I applied for a 20' truck but all they had were 15' even though the website said otherwise. Other than not having the right size, they were cool to work with.

CARISSA RWe were told after we called to confirm our appointment to show up at one location to pick up our rental. We arrived and the keys were not there and the office was closed. We called because our mobile check in was not working like we were told and U-haul changed our pick up location without notifying us after we had confirmed the day before. It was a waste of an hour but we finally were able to find a location that had our truck size.

KAREN KThe truck was clean, but the passenger side windshield wiper needed to be replaced. The blade still functioned, but it was loose and the metal part of the wiper scraped against the windshield. I notified the drop off location.

JASMINE BThe truck was old with milage above 100k. I could feel that when I was driving on the freeway. We booked online to pick it up from Arlington and drop it off to Plano but the person at the register changed that to a self-drop location to a different place. That wasn't helpful at all. We didn't tell him to do that.
